The Preorder Process
Step 1. Place your reservation
A Bivvi team member will reach out to you to schedule your specialized consultation process. Our consultation process will get you set up with a dedicated Bivvi team member to be your guide through your ordering process.
Step 2. Design and Estimation
Communication is at the core of our process and we will work with you through a series of scheduled meetings to determine your exact buid configuration, quantity, delivery and logistics up to your build date. You will be provided with a finalized design and estimate for your exact build.
Step 3. Production + Delivery
Our build team will begin work on your build. You will receive regular updates and work with our team to address any changes or adds during the build process. Upon completion, Bivvi will facilitate delivery and hand off.
